Why can’t I access from my location?

Geolocation is failing—what can I try?

Enable location in your browser/OS, connect to a stable network (Wi-Fi), disable VPN/proxy, and refresh. If it persists, contact Support with your device, OS, and browser version.

Will I need to verify my identity (KYC)?

We may request identity and eligibility verification before awarding or delivering prizes, and to comply with law and our Anti-Fraud measures. We only collect what’s needed and keep it secure as described in our Privacy Policy.

Can I use a VPN or proxy?

No. Accessing from a masked location or a restricted state violates our Terms. We use geolocation checks; entries made from prohibited areas are void.

How are winners selected and how can I see who won?

Winners are selected per the Official Rules for each promotion (e.g., random drawing). To request a winners list or details on a specific promotion, follow the instructions in the Official Rules page.

Are purchases refundable?

Purchases of virtual coins are final and non-refundable. Coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. Please review Terms & Conditions before purchasing.
